We found Jeff on Zillow and he was quite the find! Personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He accompanied us to most open houses. If he could not make it, we discussed each in detail afterward to get his input and insight. He also listened to our feedback so that he could steer us toward homes we might like. He arranged for us to see many homes when we asked even if it were the last minute- which was particularly important in the tough seller's market we were in. His contractor experience was a definite plus as he gave us insight only someone in construction would be able to. Jeff also knows the ins and outs of the bidding process, facilitating the new and scary process for us. He is patient and kind, not pushy or aggressive. And Jeff is very in tune with the neighborhoods we were looking at. He also responded to our every text, phone call and email quickly and in simple terms. Jeff was amazing from beginning to end. He took the time necessary to make sure the house I was selling was ready and set up to get the best possible price. When it came to find my new house he took the time to make sure that not only I found a house but one that not only I would be happy in but my kids as well. He was patient very thorough and his knowledge was over and above anything I could have hoped for. He knew about all the houses in the area I was looking in he knew the type of work that may need to be done how much it could possibly cost me. Jeff Stengel is an Outstanding Realtor!  Very knowledgeable with neighborhood sales & marketing values. Especially helpful!  Jeff did some spackling & painting in preparation for open house. He has many contacts he utilizes for assistance from Town Hall to replacing a garage door.  He will research to find answers to any and all questions while updating you throughout the process.  Jeff is always available answering calls even while on vacation!  I highly recommend Jeff, he is professional and courteous who goes that extra mile! It was only by chance we got connected with Jeff through Zillow and we didn’t know what or who we were going to meet when looking at the home we saw online.  I can say with confidence that we would rate Jeff with 10 stars if we could!  Jeff had his work cut out for him shortly after we started working with him because our lives changed several times while he was trying to find us a home.
